Marklake Court

In July 2018, Leathermarket CBS achieved a significant milestone by successfully completing its inaugural community-led development of social-rent homes. Marklake Court, a testament to our commitment to working in partnership with Southwark Council, the JMB and JMB residents, provided 27 new truly affordable homes to cater to the pressing housing needs of Leathermarket JMB tenants.
