Elim Estate Project Planning Permission
The CBS, in partnership with Southwark Council, the JMB and local residents, has now secured planning permission to implement the following provisions and improvements to the Elim Estate:
- 34 × 100% affordable homes at social rent levels
- New and improved outdoor ball court
- New door step play area
- New playground on the roundabout site
- More efficient layout of all existing parking spaces
- Re-providing the dog walking area
Sequencing: re-provide the new outdoor ball court and playground before the existing ones are closed (timings subject to contactor confirmation).
