Leathermarket CBS completed its first development of community-led, social-rent homes in July 2018 – Marklake Court provided 27 new homes for Leathermarket JMB tenants in housing need. More new, Council-rent homes are now in the pipeline for JMB tenants, with a second development beginning construction on the Lawson Estate in Spring 2019 and early consultations taking place on the Elim Estate.
