Leathermarket CBS has drafted an Estate Improvement Plan following consultation with JMB residents at five workshops, and from 500 completed residents’ surveys. Residents have identified existing needs on their estates as well as future opportunities for providing truly affordable new homes.

Drop in to the JMB Reception to meet the architects, CBS, and JMB Officers and Directors who have been working on the Plan on 13th February, from 3:30 to 7:30p.m. Drinks and nibbles will be provided. This is also an opportunity to meet with the JMB staff for a chat!

If you can’t make it on 13th February, you can also join the CBS Community & Communications Officers for a chat in the JMB Reception on 7th February, from 2:00 to 4:00p.m.

Poster boards summarising the consultation highlights will be displayed in the JMB reception from 1st February through 14th February.
