JMB residents allocated new homes on the Kipling Garages site were given a tour of Bell Phillips Architects’ newly built housing scheme in Grays, Essex on 8th February. The tour gave residents the chance to look around a new build development and visualise how their new homes could look.
Each resident moving into a new flat on the Kipling Garages site can ‘customise’ their flat to meet their individual preferences, choosing from a range of finishes for their kitchens and bathrooms, as well as flooring and wall colour options.
Residents were really impressed with the high quality of the homes and excited about the opportunity to customise their own flats.
