The first formal meeting of the Leathermarket Community Benefit Society steering group will be held at the Leathermarket JMB offices (26 Leathermarket Street, SE1 3HN) at 6:30 pm on Monday 2 December. This will pick up the work of the Leathermarket Affordable Housing Group.

Issues that we will be discussing include

• Analysis of housing need in the Leathermarket area
• Allocations policy for new housing
• Update on the potential development schemes
• Update on the formal establishment of the Community Benefit Society

The meeting is open to everyone who wants to attend.
